Our model

We do fixed-price projects only, moving away from the traditional cost-plus day rate model many consulting agencies use. To ensure the highest level of attention and personalised service, we take on a maximum of two clients at any one time. This allows us to fully focus on your business, providing clarity of communication and tailored strategies that help you achieve exceptional results.
