I'm Shayan, an Independent Product Strategy Consultant based in London. I've spent the last decade working across subscription businesses, scale-ups, and enterprise transformation, including Red Badger, Naked Wines, Tails, The Instant Group, and JUST Group. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and customer experience.
